Parents are reminded of the following deadlines to turn in forms, money, and donations for our 10th Annual Night at the Races 2017 fundraiser:
- Monday, May 6 – Option Form due to the school office with your choice of how you will be participating this year in the fundraiser. You are not required to turn in any payment at this time. Parents who return their Option Form by this date will receive a ticket to be placed in a drawing for a chance to win $1,000 off their family’s tuition for the 2017-2018 school year!
- Wednesday, April 12 – purchase your tickets by this date to receive an additional 25 redemption tickets to use at Night at the Races
- Wednesday, April 12 – donation items/gift cards for Night at the Races Baskets due. Each classroom is collecting gift cards or items to create a basket that will be used as a silent auction item or redemption prize for this year’s Night at the Races fundraiser. Letters with details will be sent home with students around March 13, 2017. After March 13, please contact your classroom’s Room Parent for details about what parents in your classroom are being asked to turn in.
- Monday, April 24 – Las Vegas Getaway drawing ticket stubs with money for Night at the Races due.
