FACTS Grant & Aid is available to families enrolled at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School who need tuition assistance.
Financial assistance applications are available on the FACTS website starting April 1st. All applications are due no later than May 30.

Anyone requesting assistance from OLPH School MUST sign up and apply online through FACTS Grant & Aid. No appointments will be made through our school office with any parent/guardian who has not first signed up and applied through the FACTS Grant & Aid process above.
