Parents and Guardians,

I pray your families are healthy and staying safe during this time. As expected, our school closure has been extended to the end of the school year. Although this pandemic has placed a damper on the end of the year celebrations, we will continue educating our students through our Distance Learning Program. We are also attempting to move forward with graduation and First Communion (pending the Governor’s Shelter in Place requirement). I am working on 2nd option dates with Father Alex in the event we need to reschedule. You will be notified of any changes. Students are still accountable for all work assigned, and this is still considered our 3rd and final trimester of the school year.

Because your students are still receiving the service of Distance Learning, tuition is still expected. Our small school is self-sufficient and is not receiving any financial assistance from outside entities at this time. Tuition is needed to continue the employment of our staff and faculty.  We are, however, extending our required fundraiser payment due dates. Please read this Sunday’s newsletter for those dates and further details. If you should have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly at

Please read the letter from the Office of Catholic Schools here. Know that all the OLPH staff, teachers, and I are dedicated to you and the students. We miss our classrooms and miss our Angels! Together we will finish the school year stronger than ever. GO ANGELS!

Please read the weekly updates for detailed information. God bless and have a great weekend.
